The rooms urgently need a makeover. There's a noticeable musty scent and everything feels dated. The table was sticky, and the TV rarely worked – it might be wise to bring your own TV stick. Turning on the air conditioning introduces an unsettling cigarette odor. The carpets are stained and seem to have seen their fair share of pets. Breakfast at Trappers on the 4th floor has its issues too. While the hotel mentions a discount with the room key, the restaurant staff insist on a QR code. This miscommunication is frustrating. Moreover, some of the Trappers staff could benefit from a refresher in customer service. It would be good for Holiday Inn's management to take a closer look at this property.

Location is not bad and I knee where I was renting. Unfortunately, theres a lot to be desired. The room had scuff marks and stains and had a smell to it, most likely from food stench fused to the carpet. The tv was damaged, with white blobs all over the bottom of the screen. Thankfully i got a deal on the room because no way this os worth 110+.

Overall our stay was good. The room was outdated and furnishings were older. The carpet and furniture both had several old stains. However the bedding and bathroom were clean. We had two rooms because the TV didn't work in the first room, both rooms were in the same condition. The staff was.great and very helpful. With some room updates this hotel could be very nice.

Leaving another review as an update on the problem that was never solved. Stained floor and dirty bedding with what looked like blood on the sheets and pillow. After being told we would receive a full refund for the room that we DIDNT stay in. Management ended up refusing a refund. 100% would not recommend anyone waste money here.

The hotel is in need of a remodel. We have stayed there many times. The people at the front desk were not very friendly. In the past, I was always able to obtain a room upgrade, but not this time, even though the hotel had a low occupancy.
